- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unprofessional. Careless. Disorganized and plain rude. Doesn't follow up with you. Does not resolve any issues and gets mad and rude when he is called out on his carelessness. Not only is terrible. But nationwide in general! 10 years as a loyal customer and got screwed over big time! And his response was "well it's busy here!"
